Return Policy

GENERAL CONDITIONS

  • Return and exchanges of goods is carried out in accordance with the Retail Trade Rules p.25  approved by Resolution No. 697 of 11 June 2001 of the Government and Civil Code of the Republic of Lithuania, Articles 6.22810 ir 6.22811
  • The Customer may withdraw from the agreement without stating the reason therefor and without incurring any expenses whatsoever (except for the costs in connection with sending the Item back to the Seller, unless agreed otherwise) within a time limit of 14 (fourteen) days from the day the goods were received.
  • The Customer must dispatch or transfer the Goods to the Seller or another person authorised by it in the agreed manner without delay, but not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the submission of the notice on the withdrawal from the agreement to the Seller.
  • When the Goods have been returned, not later than within 14 (fourteen) days from the withdrawal from the agreement the Seller shall return all amounts paid by the Customer in the established manner or the faulty Goods may be replaced with fit ones (covering the price difference).
  • The Customer bears all direct costs in connection with having the Goods returned, except for the cases where the Seller assumes such expenses under the agreement.
  • Only unused and unstained Goods in their original packaging may be returned. A purchase document (an invoice received upon purchase) has to be provided when returning the Goods.

 

CANCELING OF THE ORDER

To cancel the order before your purchased items are sent please send our customer service team by email grazinimai@bmwautodalys.lt filled "Payment Refund Request Form".  

RETURN OF QUALITY ITEM

If you wish to return a purchased item, you can do it not later than within 14 days from the date of delivery.
Please notice that:

  • Only unused and unstained Goods in their original packaging may be returned.
  • Purchase document (an invoice received upon purchase) and filled "Item Return or Change Request Form" must be provided when returning item.
  • Upon return of a quality item depending on your request we will either refund the full amount of money paid for the item or will exchange the unsuitable item with another one (where price difference, if any, must be covered).
  • The Buyer must cover the shipment costs when returning or exchanging any quality products.
  • If we deliver a wrong item, we will cover the return and new item  shipment costs.

RETURN OF DEFECTIVE ITEM

If you have received defective item and wish to return  it  you can do it not later than within 14 days from the date of delivery. Please provide us by email  grazinimai@bmwautodalys.lt  these documents:

  • photos of defective item showing exact defect;
  • photos of original packaging (one photo must show the number of the item);
  • photos of parcel bag/box (one photo must show the number of the parcel);
  • a purchase document received upon purchase;
  • filled  "Item Return or Change Request Form"

After our customer service team confirms your claim your will receive a return label.  Paste the return lable on the bag/box, plase the filled return form inside together with the item you wish to return.

Depending on your request we will either refund the full amount of money paid for the item or will exchange the defective item with quality one. We will cover the return and new item shipment costs.

MOUNTED SPARE PARTS  RETURN OR REPLACEMENT

Do you need to replace a spare part of a car, the warranty period of which has not expired? Everything is simple!

  1. Contact your authorised BMW service administrator – a time for your car inspection that suits you will be scheduled. 
  2. Arrive to the service at the arranged time, where the problem will be detected and solution to the problem will be offered. We will replace the warranty parts free of charge, namely, you will not have to pay for the work.

IMPORTANT:

The warranty of the car quality is ensured in accordance with the established technical requirements by replacing or repairing the damaged parts. Defective spare parts, after replacing them with new ones, will remain in possession of the authorised service, which performs warranty repair works, and the service disposes of them in accordance with the procedures established by the manufacturer.

• If a spare part was assembled in an authorized BMW service, one must provide a spare part purchase document (an invoice received upon purchase);
 If a spare part was not assembled in an authorized workshop, one must provide a spare part purchase document (an invoice received upon purchase). For evaluation of legitimacy of a claim you will be asked to provide a document confirming the assembly of a spare part (workshop invoice), which must state a date of assembly, vehicle body number and mileage. If you are unable to provide this document, please come to one of our authorized garages for a check-up.
